· Appletree Kids and Adventure Camp payments are due no later than 6pm each Monday for the current week
· A $10 per day late fee is added to each account not paid in full on Monday
· By close of the day on Friday, your account must be paid in full (tuition plus all late fees) in order for your child to attend the following week
· Payment is due regardless of attendance, tuition is charged for each placement reserved for your child(ren)
· No credit is given for days closed, vacation days, or sick days – these days are already taken into consideration in the overall weekly tuition costs
· We accept ACH payments only processed through Smartcare (you will need a bank account and need your routing and checking account number – not a debit card number)
· Smartcare can be accessed online through the parent portal or through a smartphone application (https://smartcare.com/parents)
· Smartcare can be used for single payments, or can be set as recurring payments
· Smartcare charges a $5 per month per family technology fee
· If you do not have a bank account, you can see the office at Appletree Kids to request payment via money order
