infant program (ages 6 weeks - 1 year)

We are committed to making this first transition away from home easy and natural for you and your child. We provide a safe and nurturing "home" where babies can grow and learn every day by exploring and making new discoveries. Every infant has their own crib and their own space for personal belongings. Personal attention and interaction between our teachers and your infant will promote basic intellectual and social skills. We talk to them, we cuddle and play with them, we give them "tummy time" each day to play while awake, and we always place them on their backs to sleep for safety. We provide stimulation to encourage development and we bring them outside to experience the sun and the wind. Because each infant is on a different schedule, our teachers create an individual activity plan for each child. Infants are presented with activities that boost the brain, encourage first words, build strong bodies, and help make new friends. Infants in our care will nap, rest, eat, and play on their own schedule.

toddler program (Ages 1-2 years)

As toddlers develop friendships, self-esteem, and curiosity, our program will help them explore their world in a safe and nurturing environment. Each day is filled with fun activities that excite and develop toddlers. We provide child-directed activities such as art and sensory time, provide ample opportunities for gross motor development and introduce language and mathematical concepts into their environment. As they begin to exert their independence, our program opens their eyes to a world of learning, sharing, and exploring. Music, art and movement, and early education fundamentals create a solid foundation for your toddler.

Appletree Kids daycare has been a lifesaver for us. We enrolled our daughter just under six months ago. She was 10 months old. Since that time, she has learned to walk, talk, paint, identify objects and follow simple instructions, dance, and—best of all: blow bubbles!
For a child with Mommy-attachment issues, she is always ready to jump down and join her class in the mornings. This is remarkable, considering her behavior at home when we walk out of the room without her.
I highly recommend this center for anyone in the area. It is a cost effective and educational facility. The upcoming technological advancements and diaper service are very exciting. I can’t wait for my daily emails while I am at work or away. This is a growing business and I enjoy seeing it thrive.

Being a past Appletree Kids employee, I know first-hand all the hard work and dedication it takes to run a successful classroom and program. Appletree was my second home for a while, so I did not even think twice about bringing both of my girls (2 years old and 2 months old) back to the center. When there is an issue, someone is always willing to listen and try to fix the problem. My two year old loves going in the mornings because Ms. Yvette is always waiting with a “table game” for her to play. Our newest addition, 2 month old, is always very content when I pick her up. That is always a good sign. Appletree is a family and they definitely treat their customers like family. I cannot wait to see the expansions this center has in store for my child. Go by and check them out!
